Returns Policy

  • We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However if you are not, goods may be returned to Karāgha within 7 days of receiving them, provided they are unused and in perfect condition, with all labels attached and in original packaging.
  • We do not reimburse postage costs to or from the place of delivery.
  • If goods are not in perfect, unused condition with tags attached and in original packaging we will not be able to accept your return. In this instance, we will notify you that a refund is not available.
  • A full refund for goods returned, in perfect and unused condition with tags attached and in original packaging, will be made within 14 days of receiving them.
  • Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used to make the purchase.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for goods returned that do not reach us.
    • We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service from the post office and obtain a proof of posting.
    • Alternatively use a courier who will provide a tracking number and receipt for goods.

Faulty goods

  • Faulty goods must be reported to Karāgha immediately if possible, or within 5 days.
  • Please provide the order number from the invoice.
  • Goods must be returned unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Once we receive the return we will issue a full refund, or offer a replacement, within 14 days of receiving them.
  • All items are handmade and there may be some slight variation in colours, due to the natural fibres used.
  • Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen to what you receive, depending on screen resolution and colour settings on your computer.
